Aqua Finance

We used Aqua Finance when a Roofing Company that replaced our roof {not gonna mention them because we were'nt happy with them either}. I have been paying them 2 payments a month since we got the loan and still haven't been able to see the light of the day with payoff.

Called them and asked them how far ahead we were and we were like 10 months ahead on our payments, but we still need to pay on our due date. If we pay close to our due date most of payment goes to interest and if we skip a month all of our payment goes to interest. Still can't figure out how we are so far ahead and they do this to us. We were not told that this was interest daily loan.

They are a rip off.

Never again....looking for other financing. STAY AWAY.

I have a 10 year loan with them for my bathroom. Their interest system is out of this world, and I don't mean that in a good way.

Contract signed 12/01/2019 interest added 01/01/2020 signed release & shower finished 01/23/2020. Price on this was 80. All before I even signed the release. Their balance never agrees with mine, they don't even postdates in a timely manner.

Statements dates are usually around the 30th of the month. Here it is 01/03/2022, and they still have the same billing statement on their website. If you try to make EXTRA payments to pay it off sooner the interest is almost double what it typically is because they charge daily, and exactly what their formula is I have no idea. 8.99 int for 10 years, on 10622.00 with 77.00 to 62.00 interest and if you make extra payment that's another 30.

-/+. I made an interest free loan and paid over 5500 back in August. I am waiting for my Dec statement, so I can pay the last amount.

i have received MANY CALLS from your company and emails I know what I'm about to say has nothing to do with your company but we have know one else to get in touch with today first time since deaths in family and home damage we have been able to inspect our water filter, It was too late before we found out we may have ben scammed checking the filter it is cracked and the top that cover is off. after listenign to men who came to our home about the filter and we signed contract we realized something was wrong a month later we received letter from (suppose) to be plumber's that this selling of filters were a scam the man who sold it to us came aday later due to the volume of clients that he was getting calls from he assured us everything was good and ok. but when i tried to find company that dealt with water filter there was none,refusing to pay is due to finances at present but we have been always so sure being a elderly couple of these sort of things BUT we got caught, if you are awhere of company that can come and get filter please let us know by email.

There is an issue with what one is told at the beginning of the loan and what happens during the servicing of the loan. My first bill had calculated interest for more than 30 day based on their daily calculated interest rate although the bill wasn't generated and due for a total of 30 days.

Each month my new bill does not reflect my correct balance.

I had a customer representative Miriam ask me if I am a Luder : Danish word for prostitute/sex-worker because i was asking questions about my payments, and the way the interest was calculated from the start.

There is a laundry list of issues with this business. They are the landing part of a network that works with services that do poor work and overcharge for their service.

They don't even tell you it's a lein placed on the property.

They are predatory lenders.
